Bolted tank technology

Sotanks® is recognized as an expert in the design and supply of bolted galvanized steel panel sectional tanks. Our modular galvanised steel tanks are available in volumes ranging from 20m3 to 10,000m3 and are designed for a wide range of applications such as drinking water storage, process water storage (raw water, demineralized water, rainwater, etc.), fire-fighting and, in some cases, industrial and municipal effluent storage.

The galvanising grades we offer are determined by the characteristics and requirements of each project.
All our galvanized steel tanks are designed in accordance with EUROCODES, for the design of steel structures and compliance with anti-seismic constraints.
We can also comply with other standards such as FM Global or NFPA22.

Depending on the application and the characteristics of the water to be stored, we can propose the most appropriate waterproofing system: a PVC liner prefabricated in factory to the dimensions of the tank, or a polyurethane mastic sealant applied between the steel sheets.

Each customer is unique and every project is different: our team of engineers always ensures that the galvanized steel tanks we offer are 100% compliant with the type of liquid to be stored.
